Return Eligibility & Conditions

You may request a return of a purchased product within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To apply for a return, the purchased product must meet the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Correct Product
The product, brand, and item details must match the original order. The MRP tag must not be detached, altered, or damaged.

Complete Product
If the product was sold as part of a combo or included any add-ons, all items must be returned together.

Unused Product
The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any fragrance, stains, or signs of wear.

Undamaged Product
The product must be free from cuts, holes, tears, or any physical damage.

Tags & Packaging
All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact and returned in original condition.

Important Return Terms

Tag Loop & Return Eligibility Policy

  1. All products sold by KJF Lucknowi Fashion are dispatched with a tag loop attached.
    The tag loop is an integral part of the product and is mandatory for return eligibility.

  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the tag loop must remain intact, untampered, and attached to the product in its original condition.

  3. Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

    • Tag loop is removed, cut, broken, or tampered with

    • Product shows signs of use, wear, alteration, washing, or damage

    • Product is returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories (where applicable)

  4. KJF Lucknowi Fashion reserves the right to inspect the product during reverse pickup and/or after receiving it at the warehouse.
    If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, the return request may be rejected.

  5. If the tag loop is removed or tampered with, the customer will no longer be eligible for a return or store credit..
