KJF Lucknowi Fashion, owned and operated by Joya Parveen, primarily operates, controls, and manages the services (as defined below) from its registered address at 235/44, Raja Bazar, Chowk, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226003, India (“Registered Office”).

Acceptance of Terms

The terms and conditions set forth below (“Terms of Use”) and the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between KJF Lucknowi Fashion (“KJF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of:
(i) the KJF Lucknowi Fashion website and offline store, including all features, content, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”); and
(ii) the purchase of fashion products including kurtis, suits, sarees, and lehengas (“Products”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing from KJF Lucknowi Fashion, you confirm that:

  1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law;

  2. You authorize payment transactions made through the Platform; and

  3. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated herein.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Legal Capacity

By using KJF Lucknowi Fashion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that your legal guardian has consented to your use of the Platform under their supervision.

Modifications to Terms

KJF Lucknowi Fashion reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to comply with legal requirements or business needs. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

License to Access

KJF Lucknowi Fashion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission

  • Interfere with Platform security or functionality

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

Membership & Accounts

You may place orders as a guest or create an account using OTP authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and all activities conducted through your account.

KJF is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Place fake or fraudulent orders

  • Misuse content, images, logo, or brand identity

  • Upload or share unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing content

  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

Products & Payments

  • Products sold are physical fashion items only

  • Payments accepted: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • KJF is not responsible for payment gateway failures

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which currently includes:

  • Free delivery across India

  • Order processing within 24 hours

  • Delivery in 4–5 days

  • Courier partner: Blue Dart

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • 3-day return window

  • Refunds via store credit only

  • Sale items are non-returnable

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, logos, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of KJF Lucknowi Fashion and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
KJF makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or suitability of products beyond applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KJF Lucknowi Fashion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or Products.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant product.

Force Majeure

KJF shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KJF Lucknowi Fashion from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KJF

  • If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable
